🛍️ Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@alphamarinesupply.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special/custom orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Electrical parts (due to the nature of use and installation)

  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@alphamarinesupply.us with photos and a description of the issue.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If your return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label in such cases.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
