This 4-stroke Yamaha 15 hp outboard motor has a manual start, long shaft 20″, and is set up for tiller handle. We have fully serviced this motor with a new water pump, carburetor cleaning, and gear lube on August 13th 2019. We have fully boat tested this 15 hp Yamaha and it runs perfectly. It starts very easy and pumps water great. This engine will be ideal for boats that have 20″ long shaft transoms. If you have never owned a Yamaha 15hp outboard, these motors are probably the most reliable and most desired engines on the market. People who own these motors appreciate the quality and years of performance of a Yamaha outboard.
